One with nature..

Tried my hand in mix media, threads, news paper and watercolor is I could think of...

Portraits....

Watercolor portraits are rather difficult but fun... Sold one of the two.. 😊

Triptych

A 2'x4' commissioned work from a dear friend was described by someone as the lost paradise, while someone else called it, hauntingly beautiful. I enjoyed doing this.

Far beyound the bounds

When Maa fell sick and I had to spend my days and nights alone in Guwahati flat, I had to divert myself from all those eerie, uncanny thoughts creeping in my mind. What could have been better than grabbing a paper and getting hold of some watercolor, brush and a palette from a local store. Gifted this to my ever supportive cousin once Maa came out of the hospital.

Seal 2021

If 2020 saw the surge of the sinister virus, in 2021, we faced the real wrath of it, losing many near and dear ones while being helpless. Amidst all these came the diversion of our PM's ugly conflict with the lady of West Bengal, the entire situation was reduced almost to a comical stance and that is when it suddenly struck me how the Priest of Mohenjodaro resemble our esteemed Pm while the haughty posture of the Dancing girl resembled Mamata didi... I couldn't help sealing those two on my canvas

Soft pastel experiment

Father's Day

A most welcomed commissioned work after a long hiatus. I was provided with a beautiful photograph by my client, loved doing it.
