How I loved to make all those Masks and Minions with clay...quite a stress buster...

The abandoned Auto-rickshaw...

Today, at our Plein air sketching session when I was looking for a subject, suddenly, behind the old village temple I found this Auto-rickshaw lying in a vegetative state engulfed with the vegetations around.... don't know why I started feeling eerie and creepy as my mind churned along various theories and stories about the worn three wheeler. Strangely, it still had its number plate intact.

Shivratri had always been a part of my childhood as I grew in a place where the activities of the entire town revolves round the 500 year old huge Shiva temple...where Shiva is Muktinath....as I'm growing in years, the concept that Shiva is is changing....here are two versions of Shiva in my mind......
