The fascinating Kalbeliya Dancers of Rajasthan had always fascinated me. Their typical yet unusual black attire with white applique and the transparent veil flowing against a setting desert sun had ever made me awestruck. Though I've captured a very simple pose here, concentrating more on the attire which I love, these dancers can be very acrobatic with their serpentine agility while dancing to the nagging tune of a 'pungi'.....

Invasion of Dish...
As I was on my way to my Grandmom's place almost after a decade, I could see the changes that took place along the way.Massive concrete roads instead of the usual pitch-blend ones and the villages....thatched houses are replaced by shimmering tinned roof and most significantly, I noticed the invasion of satellite dishes with each house flaunting one of its own..

Musings
After seven long years I'll be visiting my birthplace...meet my grandmom...for all these I don't mind staying away from my writings even for a month...but my colors and canvases...they just follow me wherever I go...:)
